GERUND (Part 2) - Verbs yang diikuti Gerund

Verba yang menggunakan gerund biasanya menggambarkan tindakan atau keadaan yang sedang berlangsung, kebiasaan, atau yang berkaitan dengan perasaan dan preferensi. Verba ini diikuti oleh bentuk gerund dari verba lain (misalnya, enjoy reading, avoid doing).  Berikut adalah daftar verba umum yang diikuti oleh gerund: 1. Verbs Expressing Likes/Dislikes Like: She likes swimming in the ocean. Love: He loves cooking for his family. Enjoy: They enjoy exploring new places. Hate: I hate waking up early. Prefer: He prefers reading to watching TV. 2. Verbs of Suggestion/Recommendation Suggest: The teacher suggested studying more often. Recommend: I recommend trying this exercise. Advocate: She advocates using active learning techniques. 3. Verbs of Practice or Continuation Practice: They practice singing every day. Keep: She keeps improving her skills. Verb (Part II): Types of Verb - macam dari kata kerja (action verb and stative verb)

Oke, setelah Sobat Niki mempelajari informasi dasar mengenai VERB ( baca part I di sini ), maka kita akan mempelajari lebih lanjut mengenai jenis-jenis verb . Jenis-jenis Verb ada 4: Action Verb Stative Verb Linking Verb Auxiliary Verb Nah, di kesempatan kali ini kita akan mempelajari mengenai ACTION VERB dan STATIVE VERB . Apa sih Action Verb itu?  Action Verb adalah KATA KERJA AKSI. Nama lain dari action verb ini adalah dynamic verb. Verb ini merupakan kata kerja yang dilakukan oleh subjek dalam sebuah kalimat. Kebanyakan action verb membutuhkan energi atau menggunakan fisik. SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE: Penjelasan, Rumus dan Fungsi

Seperti yang Sobat Niki ketahui bahwa SIMPLE PRESENT tense berarti terdiri dari dua jenis kata kerja yaitu: SIMPLE dan PRESENT. SIMPLE di sini berarti kata kerjanya tidak diakhiri dengan -ING . PRESENT di sini berarti bahwa kata kerja yang digunakan (baik action verb atau linking verb/tobe) adalah kata kerja bentuk I (satu) . Contoh dari kata kerja Present: 1. Action Verb Eat - Drink - Read - Study - Learn - Exercise, dsb. 2.
